About Feeding Isle of Wight
Our Story
Feeding Isle of Wight was created to respond to a growing need across our communities. What started as local support has grown into a coordinated effort to tackle food insecurity across the Island.
We work with community partners, pantries, and national organisations to redistribute surplus food and provide affordable access to essential items.

Current Initiatives
Surplus Food Distribution Centre
Building an Island-Wide Food Distribution System
Food support services across the Island have often operated independently, leading to duplication, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities to maximise available food.
Our central distribution centre brings everything together
Our Supporters
Our work is made possible thanks to the incredible support of our commercial partners and grant funders. From businesses donating surplus food and providing logistical support, to funders enabling us to grow our services and reach more people, these partnerships are vital to everything we do. Their support allows us to keep our pantry affordable, expand our distribution network, and continue building a sustainable, Island-wide food system that benefits everyone.
